About Lindsay Radford Wiggins

Artist Bio

Lindsay Radford Wiggins is a multi-media artist and photographer currently concentrating in watercolor and fine art oil paintings. She was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama and now resides in Columbia, SC where she completed her BA in Studio Art from Columbia College in 2011.

Her most recent series of paintings have evolved from her own memories and dreams. A very important aspect of these paintings is to evoke an emotional response so that the viewer might call upon his or her own life experiences and create their own personal dialogue. Lindsay uses repetition of universally recognized symbols to illustrate various psychological dimensions, and thereby inspire a deeper meaning than simply the external.

Lindsay currently works from her studio at Gemini Arts in Columbia, SC. Many of her works can be seen in personal, business and gallery collections in the South Carolina area.
