Artist Statement
All through my life I have held the office of the President of the United States in a deep pocket in my heart. I have carefully nurtured this role, constantly worrying and fretting about the state of our nation. I have written letters, made calls, protested, voted, donated, and worried. These 100 worry dolls represent my worries for our country and my small attempts to tuck them into a pocket in hopes that our country can withstand the inadequacies.
